Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massechusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota & Utah. If Masia de la Vinya Winery is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by (Your Company Name).
Masia de LaVinya Winery is pleased to offer flat rate shipping to our customers. We are currently able to ship to the following states:

Zone 4: District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Tennessee, Virginia
If your state is not listed above, please do check with us anyway; state laws are changing all the time, and we are always trying to add states to this list.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact us at email@example.com or call 951-303-3860 to arrange for expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply for any shipment arranged other than the standard fed ex ground. ** Flat rate shipping cost does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. **
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Masia de la Vinya Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
If weather between us and you gets really hot (or really cold) we will hold packages until the heat wave (cold snap) passes. This may delay your shipment for a week or more. Please contact us if you want us to ship sooner during unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.

You may order wine to be picked up at the winery during regular Tasting Room business hours (11:00am to 5pm) seven days a week.
